They are used in the Glasses slot. Then you only need to add eyeliner. When you make Sims, start out with a lash-less eye shape to avoid the Maxis paper lashes. Sometimes I like to try and build/decorate in a style or colors that I almost never use and pastels are definitely that! So, here you go! I tried.
The Chowder House V2 is CC-free and set up as a Restaurant venue to work with the Dine Out Game Pack. I’ve playtested it as both an owner and customer so it should work OK but let me know if anything is weird! Also, I’ve set up a custom menu and staff uniforms so hopefully that will carry over.
