When Rockstar activate it, be outside of any property in free roam, you'll get an message in-game saying to find the collectibles. The rewards are the Impotent Rage Outfit & Hairstyle & Figurines for your casino penthouse. Figurines 99 and 100 will appear only after collecting the other 98.

Anyway can u plz find them for me? If u do I'll hook u up with the good ♥.'
